BERTHS 4, 6 & 8 INNER HARBOUR
The port of Bunbury is situated in the southwest corner of Western Australia, 170 road kilometres south of the state capital, Perth.
Bunbury is strategically located in the heart of Western Australia’s south west region, one of the growing economic areas of the State.
The region is rich in mineral sands mining, bauxite mining and alumina refining also woodchips production.
Alumina make up approx 70% of the ports exports followed by mineral sands and woodschips. All of the above have bulk shiploaders ranging from 1000 tonnes per hour to 2500 tonnes per hour.
P&O has a Port Services Agreement with the Bunbury Port Authority as the sole stevedore in the port.
We have a workforce in total of 63 personnel.
We offer services in the form of:
Moorings at all berths 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8
Stevedoring at Outer Harbour berths 1 and 2.
Stevedoring at Inner Harbour berths 3, 5 and 8.
Maintenance contract with the Port for the shiploaders and operational conveyors at berth 1 and 8.
